Britt’s career path in the beauty industry was paved at a young age. Observing in the midst of her mother's salon, she discovered her passion and drive for the art. Determined to learn the ins and outs of the industry, Britt went to school, honed her craft, and made the big move to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams. After years of hard work and dedication alongside her mentor Ken Paves, her dreams of traveling the world, photoshoots, and working with A-list celebrities became a reality. At the core of everything she did, she discovered that her true joy came from making clients feel beautiful and confident. Inspired by the urge to make a difference in the world, she decided to create a product and experience that would inspire everyone to find their inner confidence. Britt created LOOK - a friendly brand that not only works, but also includes guided help through the process of achieving that “LOOK" you’ve always wanted. Haircare doesn’t need to be over the top fancy, complicated, or exclusive and it’s time to spread confidence with the world.
